New CT Trafficking LEgislation 2016
Public Act No. 16-71

Trafficking Report Card Improvement
Connecticut is improving its legislation and how it addresses the problem of trafficking. In 2016, its grade by the Protected Innocence Challenge increased from a C to a B.
